What is the Document Hub?

The Document Hub is a file storage service in Kurtsoys that is designed specifically to store and manage the private and public financial documents that will be made available in your website Fund Tools e.g. Factsheets, KIIDs and Statements. The Document Hub allows you to upload and replace documents, tag individual documents with meta data and search for documents using our powerful search tool and saved search filters.

The Document Hub is found under DocPress in Kurtosys.

Can I view previous versions of a layout configuration?

Users can view the configuration audit log by selecting the version history panel within the layouts module.

How do I publish changes to a layout configuration?

  1. Edit layout components and SAVE draft.
  2. PUBLISH draft.
  3. View published changes by switching to the Published view.

What are Layouts?

Layouts is a powerful tool which allows the user to configure a set of individual components within a template. This will ultimately reflect the layout of the end product such as a factsheet document or a product page.

Layout configurations are initially set up by the Kurtosys development team during the implementation phase. Each set of configurations are unique as per client project requirements.

Where can I access the Tools Gallery?

The module can be accessed either in FundPress under the Fund Tools section or in DocPress under the Production section.

What is the Tools Gallery used for?

The Tools Gallery is used to preview components rendered within a defined template such as a factsheet or a product page. This is very useful for internal users and clients to get a good overall view of how components are rendered within a template across multiple environments during project implementations.

Can I restart my Production Centre Workflow?

A Workflow can only be completed once all documents under the generate_pdf step have been approved or rejected. A Workflow cannot be stopped mid flow.

Can I distribute my documents from the Production Centre?

Currently documents generated in the Production Centre can only be downloaded. Use the downloaded file to distribute the documents where necessary.

How do I view past Workflow Runs

Once the Approver of a Workflow has selected Complete Workflow in an active run, the details of the Workflow moves from Active Runs to Previous Runs.

Select the menu icon to the right of the Workflow title to view the specific run.

How do I complete a Workflow?

To complete a sprint, all documents within generate_pdf step will need to be either approved or rejected.

Once this is done the Complete Workflow button will activate and a Workflow Approval Group member will be able to select it in order to close the Workflow.
