  • Enhanced Bulk Download Capabilities in Document Production Center
    • The Document Production Center on our platform now features enhanced bulk download capabilities for PDF and Office documents specifically for 'Current Runs > Completed items'. This update rectifies the previous absence of a bulk download option in this section, aligning it with the functionalities available for other workflow stages. Rigorous testing has confirmed the presence and functionality of new download options, allowing users to select and download up to 20 documents per page. This streamlines the management and downloading of document outputs, improving user efficiency and consistency across different sections of the workflow.

 

Studio for InDesign (SFI)

  • Enhanced Upload Confirmation for SFI Templates 
    • The latest update introduces enhanced upload and replacement confirmation features for the SFI templates, specifically aimed at report builders. Now, when uploading or replacing templates, the interface displays the client instance's name where the template will be used, with the organization name bolded for emphasis. This update, incorporated into both the upload and replace slide-out forms, ensures that report builders are fully aware of the destination client instance, thereby minimizing the risk of errors in template management.

Studio for Office (SFO)

  • Enhanced Upload and Replace Confirmation for SFO Templates
    • We have updated the SFO add-in to enhance user clarity during the upload and replace processes by including confirmation messages that specify the client instance. This update affects Excel, PowerPoint, and Word templates within the upload and replace forms, now featuring descriptions such as "Upload this document to be used as a document template in the Production Center. Organization: {client name}" and "Replace an existing Office template. Organization: {client name}". These changes, confirmed through testing to be correctly displayed and functioning as intended, aim to prevent errors by ensuring report builders are fully aware of the client instance before proceeding.   • Incorrect Landing Screen Post-Login 
    • We have resolved an issue where users were incorrectly directed to an empty, disabled Dashboard page upon login in production instances. The fix ensures users are now correctly redirected to the appropriate active landing page post-login. Extensive manual testing confirmed that users can no longer access disabled modules via navigation, and role permissions for inactive modules remain visible as per recent updates.

Studio for InDesign (SFI)

  • SFI Table Misalignment Issue 
    • We have resolved a bug in the SFI module that caused table misalignment in dynamically generated tables in InDesign when column configurations were changed without removing the "child" element. Enhancements now ensure that tables properly adjust their alignment and width when data changes, with improved error handling that notifies users of any column data mismatches. Extensive testing confirmed that manually adjusted column widths are correctly reapplied after debugging, and the sfiRemoveBeforeImport=true attribute functions as intended for backward compatibility. Users are advised to manage the "child" element carefully to maintain correct table formatting and to check for error messages during document adjustments.
