How do I access DUO? I no longer have my phone or number.

Transfer DUO notifications from your old mobile number if you can’t access your old number

Requirements:

  • Impersonations enabled for your user.

  • Another user on the Organization that has the permission to impersonate users.

Steps

  1. Set up impersonations so another user can impersonate your user.

  2. Once the other user is impersonating your user:

    1. Go to your User Profile section (username & user icon in top right corner).

    2. Disable all the authentication methods.

    3. Next time you log into your Kurtosys Organization(s) you will be prompted to configure two factor authentication, using your new number.

Requirements:

  • Impersonations enabled for your user.

  • Another user on the Organization that has the permission to impersonate users.

  1. Set up impersonations so another user can impersonate your user.

  2. Once the other user is impersonating your user:
