Introduction to Documents

The Documents product includes all document-related functionality. This includes the uploading, replacing and view settings for documents.

When documents are viewed on a website or portal, they need to be configured to display according to a client’s requirements.

Certain documents need to be available to anyone browsing the site, but other documents should be filtered to be visible by users with specific access. This access can be dependent on attestation rules for Country, Language and Investor Type, or in the case of a secure portal, based on a user’s login information and entitlements.
