Common Data Loading Issues

Troubleshooting steps:

 

Methods other than API:

  1. Confirm if the data transmission from its source/s to Kurtosys has been successful through the designated transmission method (such as SFTP or via another provider API mechanism)

  2. Ensure that the source data is validated for accuracy and reflects the most up-to-date information (eg. the filename, file extension as per specification).

  3. Ensure the dates and relevant values are updated and the formats are consistent.

  4. Ensure that the format and structure of the source have not been altered and are in line with previously loaded sources that were successful.

  5. Ensure that the data is clean and free of any duplicate records.

 

API-Specific issues:

  1. Confirm the timestamp when the data was pushed through the KurtosysApp API.

  2. Confirm that an error response code is received from our API and take note of the corresponding error message.

  3. Ensure that the source data is validated for accuracy and reflects the most up-to-date information.

  4. Ensure the dates and relevant values are updated and the formats are consistent. 

  5. Ensure that the format and structure of the source have not been altered and are in line with previously loaded sources that were successful.

  6. Ensure that the data is clean and free of any duplicate records.
